Roll up your sleeves and help clean up a local waterway as part of the Stony Brook-Millstone Watershed Association’s Stream Cleanup event taking place at the Port Mercer Canal House on Quakerbridge Road. Take a walk with a lichenologist from the NY Botanical Garden at the Mapleton Preserve in Kingston. The Friends of Princeton Nursery lands have invited James Ledemer to lead the walk, exploring the lichens growing throughout the preserve as part of their Arbor Day celebration. FREE, 2pm.
