Princeton’s Memorial Day Parade starts at 10am on the corner of Princeton Ave. and Nassau Street, and marches to Boro Hall where a short ceremony will be held at 11am.
Princeton Battlefield Society brings the American Revolution to life at Princeton Battlefield Park this Memorial Day Weekend! Visit for a reenactment and presentations by experts, including Larry Kidder, author of ‘The American Revolution in New Jersey: Where the Battlefield Meets the Home Front.’ FREE, 11:30am-5pm. www.theprincetonbattlefieldsociety.com
The Hopewell Valley Veterans Association will lead a Memorial Day Ceremony at Alliger Park, located next to the township building, on Saturday at 11am. Hopewell Fire Department presents the Hopewell Memorial Day Parade, which begins at 1pm on West Broad Street. The procession ends at Hopewell Elementary with a ceremony to be followed by refreshments. http://hopewellfire.com
Monday, May 25
Pennington announced the town’s Memorial Day events, including the Kids on Bikes Brigade at 10:15am – judging of decorated bikes, scooters, and wagons which will be judged before the parade begins. The parade starts at 11am down South Main Street to West Delaware and Green Street. The day concludes with a community concert on Howe Commons on South Main Street featuring the band ‘All for Bette’ at 5:30pm. http://www.penningtonboro.org/recreation_main.html
West Windsor’s Memorial Day Parade begins at 11am and travels along Clarksville Road to the Township Building. The parade concludes with a memorial service at the All Wars Memorial at the corner of North Post & Clarksville with refreshments. www.westwindsornj.org
