The Mercer County Italian American Festival begins tonight at Mercer County Park. Which local restaurant makes the best salsa in Princeton? The Salsa and Salsa Cook-Off is your chance to decide, and to make a difference in our community! Benefitting Send Hunger Packing Princeton – a non-profit dedicated to fighting food insecurity for kids in our town – the event also includes a salsa dancing exhibition by the Estilo Dancers.
