Little Scoops

Terhune Orchards is a local favorite for families and little scoops. Celebrate one of New Jersey’s most delicious fruits – peaches – this weekend at the “Just Peachy” Festival! The Just Peachy festival will be filled with a ton of activities for the kids like tractor-drawn wagon rides, pony rides, face painting, games and the barnyard animals. Enjoy the festival Saturday August 1 and Sunday August 2 from 10a-5p.

Medium Scoops

Enjoy the family-friendly activities at the Mercer County 4-H Fair this weekend at the Howell Living Farm. Highlights of the fair include arts and crafts, animal shows, animal demonstrations, hay rides, homemade ice cream, food and drinks, and much more! The Mercer County 4-H Fair takes place on Saturday August 1st 10a-8p and Sunday August 2nd 10a-4p.

Big Scoops

Your big scoops will love creating model river rafts on Sunday August 2nd at 1:30p at Washington Crossing State Park. The kids will create miniature models of river rafts in the Nature Center and then head out to the Delaware River where they will participate in activities and challenges. Bring a towel and sunscreen and be prepared to get wet.
