It’s time to put the colorful short sleeve shirts and shorts into the “summer clothes” bin and trade them in for pants, sweaters and jackets. Only this time when you send them to cleaners, think pink.
October is the official month of Breast Cancer Awareness, which is why Princeton’s own Mayflower Cleaners wants to send a message to the community: “Make the time to get a check up.” Mayflower Cleaners decided to get involved after hearing a story from another cleaner about their awareness campaign and how it helped save a customer from breast cancer.
This month every bit of pink packaging material, pink staff tee shirts, pink plastic bags and other supplies that you will see Mayflower Cleaners use this month represents their contribution to the American Cancer Society.
When it gets chilly outside and you ladies or girls decide to wear your favorite pink sweater or blouse, know that Mayflowers Cleaners will clean it for FREE from 10/1-10/31. They will have your knitwear looking fresh and new.
They make it easy for you to give back too as they will have donation boxes at the store for you to help them make a difference.
We applaud them for walking the walk and making a difference in our community.
For more information please contact Mayflower Cleaners at firstname.lastname@example.org or call them at (609) 924-5144.
